NOTICE OF CASUAL VACANCY IN THE OFFICE OF COUNCILLOR

EAST MARSH WARD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 86, 87(2) and 89(1) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Mr Terry Walker ceased to be a member of North East Lincolnshire Council by reason of failure to attend meetings of the authority, and a vacancy has arisen in the office of Councillor for the East Marsh Ward of North East Lincolnshire Council.

In accordance with Regulation 5(2) of The Local Government and Police and Crime Commissioner (Coronavirus) (Postponement of Elections and Referendums) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020, the vacancy will be held open until the date for the Ordinary Election of Councillors on Thursday 6 May 2021.
