Phone lines down for Council tax and benefits queries

Today (Friday 10 September 2021) we will be carrying out a system upgrade. Whilst this upgrade is being carried out, our phone lines will be closed for enquiries relating to local taxation and benefits.

The upgrade is expected to be completed around 12pm, at which point the phone lines will reopen.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
