General

A public questionnaire has been made available today to help understand local opinions regarding Grimsby’s Top Town Market.

More than £17 million has been awarded to North East Lincolnshire to deliver changes to Grimsby town centre, including a fresh home for Grimsby’s Top Town Market and the redevelopment of part of Freshney Place Shopping Centre, to incorporate a new cinema and leisure facilities nearby.

As part of the developing plans, Quarterbridge, the retail consultant working on the scheme, is seeking opinions on how the market is used currently, as well as people’s shopping habits. People’s thoughts on what they would like to see in the future will also be used to support existing and new traders and drive footfall following the redevelopment.

Feedback on independent retail, food and drink and leisure options, can be given via the questionnaire which is available from https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/P3VQJSZ

Feedback is completely anonymous and the questionnaire will remain open until 24 October 2021.
