(TEMPORARY LOADING/UNLOADING ONLY – TTRO 20-090D) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a loading/unloading restriction on:
St Peters Avenue
North Eastern Kerbline
From a point 50 meters North West of the northern kerbline of De Lacy Lane for a distance of 15 meters
St Peters Avenue
North Eastern Kerbline
From a point 40 meters North West of the northern kerbline of Short Street for a distance of 15 meters
Cambridge Street
North Eastern Kerbline
From a point 5 meters North West of the northern kerbline of Sea View Street for a distance of 14 meters (within the existing bay)
Cambridge Street
Eastern Kerbline
From a point 3 meters South East of the southern kerbline of Sea View Street for a distance of 20 meters (within the existing bay)
No person shall cause or permit a vehicle to stop or wait in the designated bay unless engaged in the act of loading/unloading goods or merchandise from that vehicle. This temporary restriction is required in order to support coronavirus social distancing

The Order will come into operation on Monday, 15 June 2020, and will continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport. The order is expected to remain in place until Wednesday 15 December 2021.
