NOTICE OF MAKING A PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER
NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL
PUBLIC FOOTPATH 54 AND PUBLIC FOOTPATH 55, HUMBERSTON, PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2024
The above Order, made on 29 January 2024 under section 257 of the Town and country Planning Act 1990 (“the 1990 Act”) because it is satisfied that it is necessary to divert the Public Footpaths to which this Order relates in order to enable development to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission DM/0493/22/OUT.
This Order will divert part of Humberston Public Footpath 54 that commences at Public Footpath 54 at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TA531147, 406057 running in a southerly direction for approximately 92 metres in length to Ordnance Survey Grid reference TA531159, 405966 to the continuation of Public Footpath 55. A total distance of approximately 93 metres onto an alternative alignment commencing at Public Footpath 54 Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TA531131, 406033 the path turns to a west-south-westerly direction for approximately 29 metres to Ordnance Survey Grid reference TA531103, where it changes to south-south-easterly direction for approximately 41 metres to Ordnance Survey Grid reference TA531110, 405988 where it joins the continuation of Public Footpath 54. A total length of 70 metres.
This Order will also divert part of Humberston Public Footpath 55 that commences Public Footpath 54 at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TA531147, 406057 running in a southerly direction for approximately 92 metres in length to Ordnance Survey Grid reference TA531159, 405966 to the continuation of Public Footpath 55. A total distance of approximately 93 metres onto an alternative alignment commencing at Public Footpath 54 Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TA531147, 406057 the path turns to an east-north-easterly direction for approximately 13 metres to Ordnance Survey Grid reference TA531159, 406060 where it changes direction to an easterly for approximately 53 metres to Ordnance Survey Grid reference TA531155, 406008 the path turns to a easterly direction and runs for approximately 15 metres to Ordnance Survey Map reference TA531170, 406009 the path turns to a southerly direction for approximately 41 metres to Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TA 531171, 405968 the path the changes direction to a westerly direction for approximately 12 metres to Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TA531159, 405966. An approximate total length of 134 metres.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Municipal Offices, Town Hall Square, Grimsby during normal office hours Monday to Friday.
Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing to [email protected]. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the North East Lincolnshire Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
