Recharge your immunity at ASDA!

The COVID-19 seasonal booster will be available at ASDA Grimsby tomorrow, November 18, between 10am and 2.30pm. Just walk in, no appointment needed.

The booster is being offered to people aged 50 years or over, those at higher risk or who are pregnant, and frontline health and social care workers.

Boosters are being offered from the former travel agent’s area in the Asda superstore, Holles Street, Grimsby. While you are there, you can also pop into the in-store pharmacy for a flu jab, no appointment needed.

The risk of catching Covid-19 and Flu this winter is severe. Flu and COVID outbreaks are expected in North East Lincolnshire. Both viruses can be life-threatening and getting flu and COVID-19 at the same time increases your risk of serious illness.

Even if you’re fit and healthy and have no symptoms of flu or COVID-19, you can easily pass these viruses on to more vulnerable family members or friends.

Vaccines are still our best protection, even if you’ve already had COVID.
