ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE REVIEW OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for the Review of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made to North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of the premises known as:

Any representations by people, bodies, businesses or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council at the above address by 16^th November 2022

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
