THE NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE BOROUGH COUNCIL (ENERGY PARK WAY)
(40MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO.19-20A) ORDER 2020.
Notice is hereby given that on the 23 November 2020 North East Lincolnshire Borough Council
made the above Road Traffic Regulation Order under powers contained in the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended, the effect of which is as follows:-
To introduce a 40mph speed limit along a section of ENERGY PARK WAY (HUMBER
BANK LINK ROAD), from a point 577 metres north west of its junction with MOODY
LANE in a north westerly direction to the south-eastern extremity of HOBSON WAY.
The Order will come into force on the 26 November 2020.

relevant plans and statement of the Council’s reasons for introducing the Order are available at:
