TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF

PART OF PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY 34 STALLINGBOROUGH ORDER  2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to close the following Public Rights of Way:

  • Part of Public Bridleway 34, Stallingborough between South March Lane at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TA521640, 413070 and Hobson Way Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TA522450, 413440.

The closure will commence at 7am on Monday 18 March 2024.

The reason for the closure is to prevent the likelihood of risk to public safety due to works taking place along the Public Bridleway.

The Order will come into operation on the Monday 18 March 2024 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport, or until completion of the works (whichever is the earlier). It is anticipated that the works will take less than one day.

The dates and times above are correct at the point of print however should weather or any other conditions impact the event they will go ahead when it is safe to do so.
