ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)(a)
WEST END ROAD, HABROUGH
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – TTRO 22-014) ORDER 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order, the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle, pedestrian or cycle from PROCEEDING along the below sections of highway:
- A section of WEST END ROAD – Part Length from its junction with B1210 STATION ROAD to a point no more than 60 metres northwest of its junction with B1210 STATION ROAD.
Alternative route: B1210 STATION ROAD, CRAVENS LANE, CHAPEL ROAD, WEST END ROAD
This temporary prohibition is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road by Utilities Services Limited. These works are detailed as the replacement of BT telegraph poles.
The Order will come into operation on Thursday, 17 March 2022, and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 18 months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport, or until completion of the works (whichever is the earlier). The closure is expected to remain in place until 17:00hrs on Thursday, 17 February 2022. Definitive dates and times will be notified by on-site advanced warning signs.
