A1136 DEANSGATE OVERBRIDGE
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – TTRO 22-016) ORDER 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order, the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle from PROCEEDING along the below sections of highway:
- A1136 DEANSGATE – Full extent of the overbridge, from its junction with A1136DUDLEY STREET / GROSVENOR STREET / A1243 BARGATE to its intersection with A1136 FREDERICK WARD WAY / CHURCH LANE.
Alternative route: A46 WEELSBY ROAD, A16 PEAKS PARKWAY, A16 VICTORIA STREET SOUTH, CORPORATION BRIDGE, CORPORATION ROAD, BOULEVARD AVENUE, A1136 CROMWELL ROAD, A1136 DUDLEY STREET
This temporary prohibition is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council. These works are detailed as trial holes of bridge deck to assess the depth of waterproofing.
The Order will come into operation on Sunday, 06 March 2022, and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 18 months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport, or until completion of the works (whichever is the earlier). The closure is expected to remain in place until 16:00hrs on Sunday, 06 March 2022. Definitive dates and times will be notified by on-site advanced warning signs.
