ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
A SECTION OF A1098 TAYLORS AVENUE A SECTION OF MIDDLETHORPE ROAD AND THE JUNCTION MOUTH OF BELVOIR ROAD, CLEETHORPES
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – TTRO 20-085B) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from proceeding along the below sections of highway:
- A section of A1098 TALYORS AVENUE – from a point 45 meters South West of the South West kerbline of Belvoir Road (including the junction mouth) to its junction of MIDDLETHORPE ROAD continuing to its junction with LYNTON RISE – Alternative route: A1098 TAYLORS AVENUE, TRINITY ROAD, BEACON AVENUE, A46 CLEE ROAD, A1031 HUMBERSTON ROAD, HEWITTS CIRCUS, TAYLORS AVENUE
- A section of MIDDLETHORPE ROAD – from its junction with TAYLORS AVENUE to its junction with ASHBY ROAD – Alternative Route: MIDDLETHORPE ROAD, BRIAN AVENUE, A1031 HUMBERSTON ROAD, HEWITTS CIRCUS, TAYLORS AVENUE
These temporary prohibitions are required in order to safely facilitate carriageway patching works.
The Order will come into operation on Monday, 20 July 2020, and will continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport, or until completion of the works (whichever is the earlier). The closures are expected to remain in place until Saturday, 25 July 2020.
