ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

A SECTION OF B1219 STATION ROAD, NEW WALTHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – TTRO 20-088SR) ORDER 2020

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council have made, an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from proceeding along the below sections of highway:

• A section of B1219 STATION ROAD – from its junction TOLL BAR AVENUE to its roundabout junction with A16 LOUTH ROAD, including TOLL BAR ROUNDABOUT – Alternative Route: B1219 STATION ROAD, PEAKS LANE, A1098 HEWITTS AVENUE, A16 PEAKS PARKWAY, A16 LOUTH ROAD
• A section of B1219 STATION ROAD – from its roundabout junction with A16 LOUTH ROAD to a point 400 meters South West of the Western kerbline of A16 LOUTH ROAD – Alternative Route: A16 LOUTH ROAD, A1243 LOUTH ROAD, B1203 WALTHAM ROAD, B1203 GRIMSBY ROAD, B1219 STATION ROAD

This temporary prohibition is required because works are being or proposed to be executed on or near the highway by North East Lincolnshire Council.

The Order will come into operation on Monday, 27 July 2020, it will cover the duration of the project, 6 months and will continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport. The exact closure dates and times will be determined by the works programme. Definitive dates and times will be notified by press releases in the Local newspaper and on-site Advanced Warnings Signs detailing exact dates and times.

The dates and times above are correct at the point of print however implementation on site may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.  Diversion routes will be signposted and published online at: One Network – Public Notices and NELC – Public Notices.
