ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)(a)
A SECTION OF PELHAM ROAD, IMMINGHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – TTRO 20-111) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council have made, an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from proceeding along the below sections of highway:
A section of PELHAM ROAD, IMMINGHAM – Part Length from its junction with PRINCESS STREET to its junction with MARGARET STREET
Alternative route: PELHAM ROAD, PRINCESS STREET, MARGARET STREET, PELHAM ROAD
This temporary prohibition is requited because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road by Anglian Water Outcome to Achieve. These works are detailed as new water connection.
The Order will come into operation on Monday, 02 November 2020, and will continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport. The closure is expected to remain in place until Tuesday, 03 November 2020.
