ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)(a)
A SECTION OF PEARSON ROAD, CLEETHORPES
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – TTRO 20-114) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from proceeding along the below sections of highway:
A section of PEARSON ROAD – Part Length from its junction with ALDRICH ROAD to its junction with PEARSON ROAD
Alternative route: PEARSON ROAD, WEEKES ROAD, ALDRICH ROAD, PEARSON ROAD
This temporary prohibition is requited because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road by Anglian Water. These works are detailed as undertaking new water connection.
The Order will come into operation on Tuesday, 01 September 2020, and will continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport. The closure is expected to remain in place until Friday, 04 September 2020.
