THE NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE BOROUGH COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)(a)

NR0469 BROCKLESBY ROAD LEVEL CROSSING, BROCKLESBY ROAD, HABROUGH AND NR0320 ROXTON SIDINGS LEVEL CROSSING, ROXTON LANE, STALLINGBOROUGH

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – TTRO 20-116) ORDER 2020

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from proceeding along the below sections of highway:

  • NR0469 – OVERNIGHT A section of B1210 BROCKLESBY ROAD, HABROUGH – Part Length from its junction with WEST END ROAD to its junction with NEWSHAM LANE

       Alternative route: B1210 BROCKLESBY ROAD, B1211 BROCKLESBY ROAD, A18 BARTN STREET, B1210 STALLINGBOROUGH ROAD, HABROUGH ROAD, STATION ROAD.

  • NR0320 – OVERNIGHT A section of ROXTON LANE, IMMINGHAM – Part Length from its junction with ROXTON ROAD to its junction with STALLINGBOROUGH ROAD

                   Alternative route: ROXTON LANE, STALLINGBOROUGH ROAD, KEELBY ROAD, A1173          STALLINGBOROUGH ROAD, B1201 STALLINGBOROUGH ROAD, ROXTON ROAD

This temporary prohibition is requited because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road by Network Rail Contractor.  These works are detailed as annual inspections and barrier tests.

The Order will come into operation on Saturday, 17 October 2020, and will continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport, or until completion of the works (whichever is the earlier). The closure is expected to remain in place until Saturday, 24 October 2020.

The dates and times above are correct at the point of print however implementation on site may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.  Diversion routes will be signposted and published online at: One Network and Public notices.
