KILN LANE, STALLINGBOROUGH
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC FLOW – ONE WAY AND NO
RIGHT TURN – TTRO 24-103) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order, the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle, pedestrian or cycle from PROCEEDING along the below sections of highway otherwise than in a south westerly direction:

  • KILN LANE – TEMPORARY ONE WAY – part length from KILN LANE LEVEL CROSSING heading in a south westerly direction up to the roundabout junction of NORTH MOSS LANE, for a distance of 905 metres (Westbound)

Alternative route: Kiln Lane, Laporte Road, Queens Road, Kings Road, A1773(reverse route
applies)

  • NETHERLANDS WAY – TEMPORARY LEFT TURN ONLY) – junction of NETHERLANDS WAY with KILN LANE

Alternative route: Kiln Lane, Europa Way, Scandinavian Way (reverse route applies)

These temporary restrictions are required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road by NELC. These works are detailed as the NELC Highways maintenance scheme.

The Order will come into operation on Monday, 7 October 2024, and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 18 months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport, or until completion of the works (whichever is the earlier). The temporary one-way traffic flow is expected to remain in place until Friday, 25 October 2024. Definitive dates and times will be notified by press release and on-site advanced warning signs.

The dates and times above are correct at the point of print however implementation on site may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Diversion routes will be signposted and published online on One Network and Public notices.
