ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)(a)
PELHAM ROAD, IMMINGHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – TTRO 25-064) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order, the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle, pedestrian or cycle from PROCEEDING along the below sections of highway:
- PELHAM ROAD- from its junction with Kings Road in a south-westerly direction for a distance of approx. 580 metres to its junction with Worsley Road.
Alternative route 1 (all traffic): Manby Road, A160, Habrough Road, Killingholme Road, B1210 Habrough Road, B1210 Stallingborough Road, A1173 Matthew Ford Way, A1173, Kings Road (reverse route applies)
Alternative route 2 (Non-HGV): Pelham Road, B1210 Stallingborough Road, A1173 Matthew Ford Way, A1173, Kings Road (reverse route applies)
This temporary prohibition is required because works are being proposed to be executed by NELC. These works are detailed as highway maintenance.
The Order will come into operation on Monday, 30 June 2025, and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 18 months unless extended for a further period by the secretary of state for transport, or until completion of the works (whichever is the earlier). The closure is expected to remain in place until Friday, 08 August 2025.. Definitive dates and times will be notified with on-site advanced warning signs.
The dates and times above are correct at the point of print however implementation on site may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Diversion routes will be signposted and published online on One Network and Public notices.
