Cllr Hayden Dawkins, Cabinet member for tourism, said: “It’s great to have a new event for 2025, and one that I hope local people will enjoy, and get into the spirit of Christmas.”
If you fancy visiting the market, you can catch a bus at the weekends (or weekdays after 6pm) for just £1.50, or as another option, on Saturday 6 December, there’s free car parking in four key car parks in Grimsby to help celebrate Small Business Saturday: Duchess Street, Garden Street, Town Hall, Garibaldi Street.
The Grimsby Christmas Market has been brought about through a collaboration of In Good Hands, Grimsby and Clee Eats, North East Lincolnshire Council and 2025 Group.
