A traffic island is due to be installed in the central reservation outside the Old Vic in Cleethorpes to make sure cars leaving the car park only turn left into the traffic for safety.
The traffic island will take up to two days to put into place, with work starting next Monday (29 September). There will be localised barriers to protect the installers, but there should be no effect on traffic in the area.
This is to support the work previously completed on creating a new public car park at the rear of the Old Vic pub in Cleethorpes, with spaces for around 30 cars, which includes two disabled bays
This area has been brought into use to support the ongoing development of plans for the Market Place in Cleethorpes and provide additional public parking within a few minutes’ walk.
