The North East Lincolnshire Borough Council
(Clearway) (Bradley Road) (No. 20-16-02) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that on 06 October 2021 North East Lincolnshire Borough Council made the
above Traffic Regulation Order under powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the
effect of which will be as follows:
- Introduce a ’24-hour Clearway’ which prohibits the stopping of vehicles, at all times, in all parts of the main carriageway of the following sections of road:
- Bradley Road – From a point 95 metres north of the extended northern kerbline of Marian Way to a point 6 metres south of the southern property boundary of No. 41 Bradley Road.
The Order will come into force on the 01 November 2021.

If any person wishes to challenge the validity of the Order, or any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
