ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)(a) SIXHILLS STREET,GRIMSBY
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – TTRO 23-058) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to
make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order, the effect of which will
be that no person shall cause or permit any pedal cycle, from PROCEEDING along on the
below sections of highway:
- A section of SIXHILLS STREET – Part Length from its junction of HAINTON AVENUE heading in a westerly direction 65 metres to the junction of WILLINGHAM STREET.
Alternative route: No Diversion Route
This temporary prohibition is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed
on or near the road by Vocon LTD. These works are detailed as cycle path closure.
The Order will come into operation on Tuesday, 30 May 2023, and will continue in force for a
period not exceeding 18 months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State
for Transport, or until completion of the works (whichever is the earlier). The closure is
expected to remain in place until Monday, 12 June 2023. Definitive dates and times will be
notified with on-site advanced warning signs.
