Unfortunately, due to the heavy rainfall on Saturday 9 December, the contractor was unable to complete the resurfacing works, and as a result of this an additional over-night road closure will be in place on Thursday 14 December for road marking works to be completed.
From Tuesday 12 December until Thursday 14 December, a Pelham Road closure, between Habrough Road and Washdyke Lane, will be in place from 7pm to 6am each night.
During the road marking works Pelham Road will be opened up to traffic where possible to assist businesses and residents with access.
We will continue to monitor the situation daily and provide updates where possible.
