APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Variation of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by:
Haven Leisure Limited
to North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of premises (formerly*) known as:
Carousel, Showbar & Owners Exclusive Lounge
which are situated at:
Thorpe Park, Cleethorpes, DN35 0PW
The details of the proposed licensable activities and times of operation are as follows: (Please specify any adult entertainment or services, activities or other types of entertainment)
1. To amend name of ‘Owners Lounge’ to be ‘Food Outlet.
2. To amend name of ‘Showbar’ to be ‘Marina Showbar’
3. To alterations to the layout of the Marina Showbar, such alterations to take effect
upon the completion of works as notified to the Licensing Authority in
writing. Works to include the following. Extending footprint of Marina Showbar to accommodate:
- Relocation of bar area, glass wash and bottle store
- New fixed seating
- New dark kitchen
- New toilet area including accessible toilet
- Doors to new external terrace area

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
