VARIOUS STREETS IMMINGHAM AND STALLINGBOROUGH – TTRO 20-150 (TEMPORARY CLEARWAY) ORDER 2020

THE NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council have made, an Order, the effect of which will be to impose a temporary Clearway on the roads detailed in Schedule 1 from Wednesday 13th January 2021
This temporary prohibition is required to ensure the safety of all road users of the highway. Exemptions will be for the following authorised vehicles only:

• Local Authority Vehicles (ENGIE/ NELC)
• Emergency Vehicles (Fire, Police, Ambulance, Coast Guard)
• Authorised Contractors / Utilities / Waste

The Order will come into operation at 00:01hrs on Wednesday 13 January 2021 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport.
