Come to the Summer bite-sized book group At Grimsby Central Library on Wednesdays from 10.30 - 11.30 am. These sessions will be held on the following dates 24 June, 8 July, 22 July, 19 August & 2 September. It will be a friendly, informal chat about Quickreads which are books that are short and easy to read, by best-selling authors. You can come to one or all of the meetings, there is no need to book Ask for a Quickread book at your local library or ring 01472 323620 for a book to be sent to you bite-size-flyer

Humberston Library re-opens on Tuesday 5th May after a major refurbishment.
New facilities include new shelving, new books, automatic front doors for easier access, new up to date computers for public access (complete with a booking system which allows you to book yourself onto the PCs), upgraded heating and lighting, and landscaped grounds.
Lots of activities and events have been arranged for the first week back - call the library on 323682 for more details.
