North East Lincolnshire Council and its delivery partner, Equans, plan to complete important upgrades to the drainage on Pelham Road between Kings Road and Worsley Road, Immingham. These works will include replacing a number of damaged road gullies, and repairing a number of collapsed surface water drainage connections.

These works are essential ahead of carriageway resurfacing works that will take place in the summer later this year.

The drainage works will begin on Monday 7 April 2025 and last for 4 weeks, however works are weather dependant and are subject to change.

Contractors will begin at the Kings Road junction and will work towards the Worsley Road junction. To allow the works to be completed efficiently and to ensure the safety of the contractor, 24-hour temporary traffic signals will be in place. Footpath access will be maintained as usual.

The council, Equans and contractor Civil Engineering Specialists, would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience and assure that the work will be completed as quickly and safely as possible.
