GCSE and A-level Results Day 2025: support for young people

After months of hard work, young people across North East Lincolnshire will soon receive their exam results.

A-Level and T-Level results will be released on Thursday 14 August, followed by GCSE results on Thursday 21 August.

Support is available for students and their families as they consider their next steps:

The Young People’s Support Services (YPSS) provide careers advice and general support. Help with contacting colleges, training providers, and planning next steps is available by calling 01472 326294 (option 1), emailing [email protected], or texting 07730 014933. For those struggling with their mental health, free and confidential support is available:

• Compass Go offers one-to-one emotional health support. Call 01472 494250.
• Young Minds Matter provides mental health and wellbeing services. Call 01472 252570.
• The Council’s School Nurse text service offers confidential advice on mental health, bullying, self-harm, bereavement, and healthy eating. Text 07507 331620.
• Text ORANGE to 85258 for anonymous support with stress, anxiety, or depression.
• Kooth provides free online counselling and support at www.kooth.com.
• The Single Point of Access offers 24/7 confidential advice and information. Call 01472 256256.
