B1210 STALLINGBOROUGH ROAD, IMMINGHAM
(TEMPORARY SPEED LIMIT REDUCTION – TTRO 26-001) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily revoke a section of the existing 40mph speed limit in place along the below sections of highway, thereby reverting those lengths of road back to a Restricted Road where a 30mph speed limit will apply:
- A section of B1210 Stallingborough Road – Part length from the junction of WILLOWS COURT heading in a south easterly direction for a distance of 200 metres.
No person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to travel along those lengths of Restricted Road detailed above at a speed in excess of 30mph.
The temporary extension to the 30mph speed limit is required to reduce the speed of traffic travelling along the route whilst construction takes place nearby.
The Order will come into operation on Friday, 16 January 2026, and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 18 months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport. The temporary speed limit is expected to remain in place until Thursday, 31 December 2026.
The dates and times above are correct at the point of print however implementation on site may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Diversion routes will be signposted and published online on One Network and Public notices.
