A message from the race organisers

Tape2Tape, organisers of the Ørsted Great Grimsby 10k, apologise for any inconvenience caused by the road closures. Neil and Nicola Pattison, race directors, said:

“The Ørsted Great Grimsby 10k is one of the biggest sporting events in the area, attracting runners from across the country.

“The race supports many local community groups and charities and encourages people to stay active, supporting both physical and mental wellbeing.

“Our number one priority is the safety of runners, volunteers and the public. We ask that drivers do not attempt to access the race route, as this puts runners, volunteers, including children, and themselves at risk.

“Thank you to everyone for their patience and support.”
