NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to close the following Public Rights of Way has been extended by the Department for Transport:
- Part of Public Bridleway 36, Stallingborough between Grid Reference TA522940, 414040 and the Parish Boundary / Public Bridleway 36 Healing at Grid Reference TA523860, 413120.
- Public Bridleway 36 Healing between TA523860, 413120 the Parish Boundary /
Public Bridleway Stallingborough and TA525310, 410850 the Parish Boundary / Public Bridleway 12 Grimsby. - Public Bridleway 12 Grimsby between the Parish Boundary / Public Bridleway 36
Healing at Grid Reference TA525310, 410850 and Grid Reference TA526180, 410960 at the highway known as Moody Lane. - Public Footpath 35, Stallingborough between Grid Reference TA522240, 413650 at
the highway known as Hobson Way and Public Bridleway 36 Grid Reference TA522940, 414040. - Public Footpath 46 at Healing between Grid Reference TA523960, 411810 at the
highway known as Moody Lane and the Parish Boundary / Public Footpath 47, Healing at Grid Reference TA524440, 412180. - Public Footpath 47, Healing between Grid Reference TA524440, 412180 at the
Parish Boundary / Public Footpath 46, Healing, and Grid Reference TA524640, 411340 at the highway known as Moody Lane and, also to Public Bridleway 36 at Grid Reference TA524880, 412240.
The Department for Transport has extended the closure until 6th October 2026.
The reason for the closure is to prevent the likelihood of risk to public safety due to works taking place adjacent to the Public Rights of Way.
