Beaverbrooks Grimsby, located at 32 Baxtergate, is due to celebrate its 35th birthday in August with a fantastic giveaway weekend.
The family-owned jeweller, which itself has been running for over a century, opened their store in Grimsby’s Freshney Place in 1991 and has been helping people mark their special occasions, whether that be weddings, Christmas or birthdays, ever since.
The event will be marked with a three-day celebration, with customers encouraged to join the festivities which includes sweet treats in store, trying their luck on the Beaverbrooks prize wheel and £50 off £250+ spend, to thank them for their continued support over the years.
Between Friday 7th August and Sunday 9th August, visitors will be able to take on the Beaverbrooks prize wheel, with over £2,500 worth of prizes available to be won. Prizes include gift cards, jewellery, aftercare accessories and treats.
Operating within the area for three and a half decades, the Grimsby store combines beautifully curated pieces, from stunning engagement and wedding rings to gold and silver jewellery for those special moments in people’s lives.
As well as this offering, Grimsby also has access to luxury watch brand Tag Heuer, the only stockist of the official F1 timekeepers in the town. To add to this, the store also stocks well-known names such as Raymond Weil, Tissot and Seiko.
Since opening in 1991, the team in Grimsby have built long-lasting relationships with many customers in the local community. The store is well equipped with vast amounts of expertise, with sales consultant Amy celebrating her 35th Beaverbrooks anniversary too, working in the store since its opening, and store manager Dave having 34 years of retail experience.
David Dick, Branch manager at Beaverbrooks Grimsby, said: “We’re incredibly proud to be celebrating thirty five years of helping Grimsby shoppers find the perfect jewellery. As we mark this milestone we’re excited to celebrate alongside the customers who have been on this journey with us, as well as those discovering us for the first time.
We’ve loved being a part of the local community over the past thirty five years, and we look forward to many more years of helping Grimsby shoppers discover beautifully crafted pieces and celebrate life’s special moments!”
Elliott Andrews, Centre Manager, Freshney Place said: “It’s a pleasure to celebrate this milestone with Beaverbrooks. Freshney Place has transformed over the last 35 years and we’re delighted that brands like Beaverbrooks have been alongside us on that journey.
“It is a hugely popular store with our shoppers, and we’re looking forward to marking another major milestone together with the addition of a vibrant leisure extension.”
Beaverbrooks is involved with working alongside charities and the team in Grimsby have developed close ties with local charity Mimi’s Mission, who operate a youth and community centre to benefit children in the surrounding area, as well as other charitable projects. The partnership reflects Beaverbrooks’ long-standing commitment to giving back, with the family-owned jeweller having donated more than £25 million to charities since 2000.
