Small steps can make a big difference.

To mark World Mental Health Day, the North East Lincolnshire Health and Care Partnership is hosting a free community wellbeing event focused on practical ways to support and improve mental health and wellbeing.

Whether you’re looking for simple self-help ideas, information about local support services, or just an opportunity to take some time for yourself, everyone is welcome.

📅 Monday 12 October 2026
🕙 10am to 3pm
📍 Centre 4, Wootton Road, Grimsby, DN33 1HE

The event will include:

  • Relaxation and mindfulness activities
  • Tips for better sleep and wellbeing
  • Practical self-help advice
  • Information about local support services
  • Helpful resources and signposting

Mental health is something we all have, and looking after our wellbeing doesn’t have to involve big changes. Sometimes the smallest steps can make the biggest difference.

Please share with colleagues, family, friends and local communities.
