Verge and footway parking enforcement
When an area has a Traffic Regulation Order in place, parking on the verge and footway is not allowed.
Motorists found to be parking on either a verge or footway in these areas can be issued with a parking fine, or ‘Penalty Charge Notice’.
We have Traffic Regulation Orders for verge and footway parking in the following areas of North East Lincolnshire:
- New Waltham
- Waltham
- Immingham
Our parking enforcement officers are issuing Penalty Charge Notices in these areas.
Requests for new verge and footway parking enforcement
Requests for enforcement in new areas need to be sent to your Town and Parish Council.
