Bus pass renewals reminder

4:06 pm, Tuesday, 23rd February 2021 - 5 years ago

General

North East Lincolnshire Council and its regeneration partner, ENGIE, are encouraging local residents with an expired bus pass to come forward now to renew and not wait for issuing sites to fully re-open.

The calls follow a rising number of expired passes and officials are concerned about increasing demand once sites re-open, leading to added pressure on the sites and high numbers of people attending.

Those renewing or replacing their passes are encouraged to contact the council directly on (01472) 313131.

Alternatively, Centre4 remains open on an appointment-only basis for renewals and replacements. To book an appointment, call (01472) 236688.

Residents will need to provide their bus pass number during the application. Without the bus pass number, the council will be unable to process a renewal or replacement bus pass. Passes will be printed and posted directly to the bus pass holder. It may take up to two weeks for delivery.
