COVID-19: New and replacement bus pass changes

In response to the Step Two easing of lockdown from Monday 12 April, the bus pass issuing sites will be following the below renewal processes to ensure the safety of staff and visitors.

Centre4 – continuing with existing arrangements

New and replacement bus passes will be continuing at Centre4 on an appointment-only basis. To book an appointment, call (01472) 236688.

AGE UK Cleethorpes – re-opening to the public from Monday 12 April

New and replacement bus passes will be issued on an appointment-only basis. To book an appointment, call (01472) 344976, option 2. On arrival, you will need to knock on the door and wait to be let in. 

Immingham Civic Centre Community Hub – re-opening to the public from Monday 12 April

New and replacement bus passes can be ordered on an appointment-only basis. To book an appointment, call (01469) 727272. Passes will be posted out to applicants once processed.   

Grimsby Central Library – re-opening to the public from Tuesday 13 April

New and replacement bus passes will be issued on an appointment only basis. To book an appointment, call (01472) 323002.

NELC Contact Centre

Residents who are unable to attend one of the issuing sites can renew their bus pass by calling the council’s contact centre on (01472) 313131.

The council’s contact centre will take all details required for the renewal and the new pass will be posted out to applicants.

All issuing sites are following national requirements with social distancing and enhanced cleaning measures in place.
