Order a birth, marriage or death certificate

You can request a copy of a birth, marriage, civil partnership or death certificate if the ceremony or event happened in North East Lincolnshire. Our register office doesn’t hold records for North Lincolnshire Council East Riding of Yorkshire  or Hull City Council .

Fees

Certificates cost £11 for a standard delivery and £35 for a next working day delivery (subject to Royal Mail delivery). We recommend using standard delivery for certificates needed for passport or employment applications.

The quickest and easiest way to order a replacement certificate is online. However payment can be made over the phone by credit or debit card.

Replacement certificates can be collected or sent to you by post.
