RESOLVED: Council phones experiencing issues

This issue is now resolved.

We’re currently experiencing intermittent issues with incoming and outgoing phone calls.

The issue means that some callers cannot hear the person on the other end of the phone.

Our officers are investigating the issue urgently. Once the issue has been solved, we’ll update the notice on our website.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
