COVID-19: New and replacement bus pass changes

In response to the new tier 3 restrictions coming into place from Wednesday 2 December in North East Lincolnshire, the bus pass issuing sites will be following the below renewal processes to ensure the safety of staff and visitors.

Grimsby Central Library – re-opening for bus applications from Tuesday 8 December

Grimsby Central Library will be reopening from Tuesday 8 December and providing the new and replacement bus pass service via face-to-face appointments. To book an appointment, call (01472) 323002. Lincs Inspire are following all national requirements with social distancing and enhanced cleaning measures in place.

AGE UK Cleethorpes – no changes from the national lockdown arrangements 

New and replacement bus passes will continue to be issued on Wednesdays only on an appointment-only basis. To book an appointment at AGE UK, call (01472) 344976, option 2. On arrival, you will need to knock on the door and wait to be let in. 

Centre4 – no changes from the national lockdown arrangements

New and replacement bus passes will be continuing at Centre4 on an appointment-only basis. To book an appointment, call (01472) 236688.

Immingham – no changes from the national lockdown arrangements

Immingham Civic Centre Community Hub will remain closed and will not be holding appointments for new bus passes. Residents who need to renew their bus passes can do so by ringing (01472) 313131. Residents who need to apply for a new bus pass can visit either Grimsby Central Library, Age UK Cleethorpes or Centre4 by making an appointment.

NELC Contact Centre

Residents who are unable to attend one of the issuing sites can renew their bus pass by calling the council’s contact centre on (01472) 313131.

The council’s contact centre will take all details required for the renewal and the new pass will be posted out to applicants.
