North East Lincolnshire Council and its regeneration partner, EQUANS, will be carrying out a topographical survey on Great Coates Road, Grimsby.

The survey will take place between Larmour Road and Little Coates Road on Thursday 2 December  and Friday 3 December, between 3am and 12.30pm.

There will be no impact on road users as the contractor will not be working on the carriageway itself.

A topographical survey or ‘land survey’ records detailed information on the location, such as existing buildings, natural and manmade features, tree positions and drainage systems. Planners can then draw up accurate three-dimensional plans for work that needs to be done.

EQUANS will oversee the works, which will be carried out by local contractor CLS Survey.
