Get ready to blast off and discover our new game for North East Lincolnshire from the Love Exploring mobile app.

Space Walk lets you explore whilst tracking down planets in an augmented reality galaxy.  Perfect for space lovers and for those keen for an out-of-this-world experience!

The new Space Walk is available in six open spaces across our borough, including Immingham’s Roval Drive play area, Weelsby Woods and the Coastal Path and Boating Lake area of Cleethorpes.

Cllr Callum Procter, Cabinet member for tourism, said: “This is a great opportunity for people to learn about the planets and our solar system as well as families, young and old, to get out and about, visit some of our lovely parks and open spaces and enjoy the fresh air.”

This is the second set of trails around the parks, with lots of people already finding dinosaurs roaming around!

All that’s needed is a smartphone that can download the Love Exploring app. Visit your favourite app store (Google Play store or Apple store) and search for “Love Exploring”.

The Space Walk can be enjoyed daily at any time during daylight hours in the following locations:

  • Cleethorpes Country Park
  • Weelsby Woods
  • People’s Park
  • Immingham’s Rovell Drive play area
  • Cleethorpes Prom and Pier Gardens
  • Coastal Path and Boating Lake Cleethorpes
