Have your say on Public Space Protection Order renewals in North East Lincolnshire

Consultation and Engagement

Residents are being asked to have their say on Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs) across North East Lincolnshire.

The PSPOs are intended to deal with persistent anti-social behaviour in a local area that is detrimental to the community’s quality of life.

They do so by imposing conditions on the use of that area to ensure everyone can use and enjoy public spaces without experiencing nuisance and annoyance.

The Council introduced PSPOs to target anti-social behaviour and irresponsible dog ownership in July 2019 which have to be reviewed every three years. In order to renew the current PSPOs, we are asking the public to feed back their thoughts as part of a consultation.

If you would like to know more about PSPO then please visit this page Public Space Protection Orders (PSPO) | NELC.

This consultation will close on Friday, 11th March, 2025. To leave your thoughts, please visit https://tell-us.questionpro.eu/PSPO
