Keep up to date on the changes to public transport this Easter

Easter is an extended break for many of us but if you’re heading out and about, be aware that there are slight changes to public transport due to the bank holiday.

The following information refers to all Stagecoach buses in the area.

• 29 March 2024 (Good Friday) – A Saturday service will run.
• 30 March (Easter Saturday) – A Saturday service will run.
• 31 March (Easter Sunday) – A Sunday service will run.
• 1 April 2024 (Easter Monday) – A Sunday service will run.

There are also changes to the Phone ‘n’ Ride and Dial a Ride services in Grimsby and Cleethorpes.

Phone ‘n’ Ride service:

• 29 March 2024 (Good Friday) – No Service.
• 30 March 2024 (Easter Saturday) – Normal Service – 6:30am to 6:30pm.
• 31 March 2024 (Easter Sunday) – No Service.
• 1 April 2024 (Easter Monday) – No Service.
• Tuesday 2 April 2024 – Normal service resumes (6:30am to 6:30pm).

Engineering works are planned on 30 March until 1 April effecting several TransPennine Express services.

• Avanti West Coast between London Euston / Birmingham New Street / Crewe and Glasgow Central.
• CrossCountry between Birmingham New Street and Glasgow Central.
• LNER between London Kings Cross and Glasgow Central
• ScotRail services to / from Edinburgh / Motherwell / Glasgow Central
