You don’t have to go it alone. As well as regular face-to-face support, there are a range of tools that can help you on your quit journey, including a free vape starter kit, with a 12-week supply of salts, as well as Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), such as nicotine patches and gum.
A newly prescribed medication will also soon be available with the service to North East Lincolnshire residents. Varenicline is a prescription-only, nicotine-free medication used to help adults stop smoking by reducing cravings and withdrawal symptoms.
