NOTICE OF CASUAL VACANCY IN THE OFFICE OF COUNCILLOR

PARK WARD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 that a casual vacancy exists in the office of Councillor for the Park Ward of the Borough of North East Lincolnshire arising from the recent death of Councillor Debbie Woodward.

As required by the Local Government Act 1972, upon receipt by the undersigned of a notice in writing of the vacancy by two local government electors for the area, the vacancy will be filled by election within 35 working days (computed in accordance with the Act).
