Bins, waste and recycling

Residents recycled a staggering 7,760 tonnes of garden waste across North East Lincolnshire in 2024.

With 26,000 households signed up to the service, that’s 290kg per house!

Now, as we approach the new yearly schedule for garden waste, this is your chance to join in and ensure your garden waste is recycled for compost. Sign up today by direct debit or make a payment over the phone to make sure you’ve got a brown bin in time for Spring.

Whether you’re mowing a lawn or trimming a tree, a brown bin is a cost effective and convenient way to dispose of it. At just £42 per bin for 23 collections a year, it means you will get fortnightly collections for just £1.83 each.
