Following last year’s success, the Parents’ Careers Evening is returning to the Humber Royal Hotel in Grimsby on Wednesday 18 March 2026.

This free event brings education, training, apprenticeships, and career options together under one roof, giving young people – and their parents, carers, and guardians – the chance to explore what’s next after school. It’s the perfect place to start conversations about the future, get expert advice, and discover opportunities in North East Lincolnshire.

Even parents and carers might find something that sparks their own inspiration.

The event will feature over 30 local employers, including representatives from the renewable and construction industries and local colleges. There will also be stands from organisations such as the Grimsby Town Foundation, Royal Air Force, NHS Humber Health Partnership, and North East Lincolnshire Council.

Whether you’re exploring university, apprenticeships, first jobs, or simply testing the waters, there’s something for everyone.

The event will be held at the Humber Royal Hotel from 4pm to 7pm. Please book your free spot by filling in the form at https://forms.office.com/e/ajv7k6feF5.
