NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13(4) OR (5) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed development at Healing Wells Farm, Wells Road, Healing, DN41 7QH.

I give notice that Sir Richard Sutton Limited is applying to North East Lincolnshire Council, for Planning Permission – Variation of Condition 30 (approved plans) attached to planning permission DM/0507/23/FUL Construction of free range egg (poultry) unit including the erection of building with associated feed bins, hardstandings, drainage attenuation pond, access road (to Wells Road) and associated landscaping

Reference number DM/0507/23/FUL, made on 5th January 2024 and that the application is approved subject to thirteen conditions.
