Proposed development at Land Between New Cut Drain Outfall And Middle Drain Outfall Grimsby To Stallingborough North East Lincolnshire
I give notice that Mr Nigel Priestley Environment Agency is applying to North East Lincolnshire Council, for Planning Permission – Variation of conditions 2 (Approved Plans), 4 (Landscaping Plans) and 6 (Habitat Regulation Assessment) attached to DM/0844/23/FUL to Repair and reinstate rock revetment between New Cut Drain Outfall and Old Fleet Drain Outfall (adjacent to the Humber Estuary) and works to enable access to New Cut Drain Outfall and Old Fleet Drain Outfall with associated landscape improvements and environmental mitigation (amended documents including HRA and Water Framework Directive Assessment)
Reference number DM/0929/24/FUL, made on 19th November 2024 and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

A copy is also available for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours for at the Environment Agency Offices at Guy Gibson Hall, Off Carlton Road, Manby Park, Manby, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 8UR.
Signatures, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses attached to representations will not be shown on the Council’s website but your name and address will be displayed. Anonymous representations cannot be taken into account ie if no name and address are supplied. If the application is reported to the Planning Committee, interested parties have a limited opportunity to speak at Committee.
