The applications set out in the Schedule below are required to be given wider publicity and public comment is invited.

The reason for publicising each application is indicated after the application number as follows:-

(01) Major Development; (05) The proposed development would affect a public right of way; (09) Development affecting the Wellow Conservation Area; (18) Development affecting the Cleethorpes Central Seafront Conservation Area; (22) Development affecting tree(s) subject to tree preservation orders

  • DM/0207/21/FUL Change of use from Guest House C1 to House of multiple occupancy (HMO) and associated internal alterations, 19 Grant Street, Cleethorpes-(18)
  • DM/0183/21/FULA Demolish existing conservatory, erect single storey rear extension and two storey side extension with various alterations, Georgian House, Wells Road, Healing-(22)
  • DM/0134/21/FUL Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) as granted on appeal reference APP/B2002/W/15/3035911 for DM/1231/14/FUL for revision of house types to allow for bungalows/dormer bungalows for plots 7-9 and plots 39-47 (overall reduction by 4 dwellings across the site), land off, Grimsby Road, Waltham-(01)
  • DM/0168/21/FUL Proposed single storey side extension to rear building to form additional funeral home services and associated external plant and new single bay external car wash, 55 Abbey Road, Grimsby-(09)
  • DM/0149/21/FUL Installation of field drainage to support the construction of the Hornsea Project One Offshore Wind Farm onshore export cable route including proposed drainage pipes and outfalls (falls within Stallingborough, Laceby, Immingham, Habrough, Healing and Bradley Parishes). The application covers the installation of pre-construction field drainage to support the construction of the Hornsea Project Two Offshore Wind Farm onshore export cable route. The area outlined in the submitted plans and supporting documentation covers the installed drainage pipes and outfalls that have been installed outside the Development Consent Order Limits in order to provide an optimal drainage solution for each parcel of land, North East Lincolnshire Area, Keelby Road, Stallingborough-(05), (22)
